Two, Four, or Eight Hour Sessions

Essential Courses focus on first things first. Whether the focus is on dealing with an active shooter threat for a larger organization or bully defense for a small group of fourth graders, we zero on the essential skills your group will need to succeed. 

Essential Courses can be geared towards younger children 5-7 years-old, grade school 8-12 years-old, middle school 12-14 years-old, high school, college age, women, men, or mixed groups. 

Working with men, women, and children of all ages, our courses can focus on general personal defense, gender specific courses, bully and abduction defense, family protection, personal security, active shooter, and courses designed for CCW holders. 

One Hour to Full Day

We are accustomed to being flexible to meet the needs of the groups we serve: 

• Hour safety talks at lunch-time 

• 1.5 Personal defense introductions after work or school 

• Intensive 3-6-hour empowering sessions? 

Custom training for your group can focus on active shooter defense, gender specific safety, bully defense, abduction defense, family protection, security, and close quarter training for CCW holders. 

Ongoing Instruction

Take your self-defense skills to the next level, grow, and make new friends at our weekly TrueDefense classes for men, women, and children. We also offer monthly seminars focusing on advanced topics such as dealing with knife and firearm threats, multiple attackers, defending from the ground, using improvised weapons, and more.
